Property Oversight & Maintenance

Repairs and Upgrades: Coordinate timely repairs and upgrades to maintain safe, accessible environments for all tenants and visitors.
Vendor Management: Supervise contractors for specialized ADA installations (grab bars, signage, ramps).
Documentation: Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and compliance efforts for legal protection and audit readiness.
Tenant Communication: Respond promptly to accessibility-related requests or complaints from tenants and visitors.
Communication: Hands on proactive communication on all aspects of property management.
